Spotted these beautiful carissa flowers while I walked my daughter to her gymnastics class today.  Another thing fully abundant in Hawaii are the flowers.  This particular flower is native to Hawaii and has a sweet smell.  The shrub it grows on is most often times used as a hedge or ground cover.  Nonetheless, itʻs beautiful to look at and adds a sweet fragrance to the air around it.  Today, I took a moment and literally stopped and smelt the… carrisaʻs?
