Whats for breakfast? Eggs! Another new years resolution this year was to eat healthier (how cliche, I know!). I read about the Keto Diet. It’s a low carb, high protein diet and while I don’t fancy diets, I thought this might be one that I can commit to.
Since it’s high protein, I’ve been eating a lot of eggs. Good thing theyʻre one of my favorite things to eat. This was my omelete fail from a few days ago. Zucchini, spinach, bacon, and cheddar omelette fail to be exact. It may not have come out pretty, but it sure did come out delicious!
