Meal prep Sundays!
I fell off the meal prep wagon for a little bit, but Iʻm back on again. In the chaos at work I hardly have time to take an actual lunch break. When I do, I usually order or pick up something quick and unhealthy. No more! I pack my own, make them healthy and return to work focused and recharged. I also get compliments on my healthy choices in the break room. Which is more motivation for me to keep at it!
