Thereʻs certainly no short of fresh fish here in Hawaii.  I stopped by the local poke shop today to get my fill.  No raw fish for me.  Garlic soybeans and imitation crab salad is what I was after.  This guy was in the back, prepping this ahi for the poke.  Canʻt get much fresher than that!
